PROJECT BRIEF : Onboarded by the fastest performer in the EPC highway space to deliver over 60000 Sqm of RE WALL in 12 months for Ring Road Jaipur EPC project of NHAI.

SCOPE : Entire EPC work of RE WALL for their approaches to PUP, LVUP, VUP and ROB section on Ring Road between Chainage 0 to 19+000. In total approaches to 17 structures were completed in record 8 months time with over 60000 sqm casted and erected.

VC+ ADVANTAGE : 

1. Escalation of Qty. - Initial work was for one flyover approach qty. 10000 Sqm revised to 60000 sqm across 17 structures overnight due to design revision. Client expected timeline of 12 months delivered in 8 months by VC Devcon. Made possible by planning, procuring and delivering at record scale. At one time full national production quota of Maccaferri Italy (accessories partner for RE WALL) was booked on our project to deliver on time and over 200 Nos of moulds mobilised. 

2. Desert conditions - High temperatures were a challenge as resulted in cracking of panels, improvised by proprietary sprinkling curing technology with custom design mix of curing additive with water dispersed by air pressure to minimize water wastage and maximise panel coverage.

3. Design Mix: Concrete Mix Design also revised with fasteners to ensure upto three cycles of casting were achieved in 24 hours.
