PROJECT CLIENT: TATA PROJECTS LIMITED for Six Laning of Chittorgarh to Udaipur section of NH 76 on Design Build Finance Operate and Transfer Model (DBFOT previously known as BOT)

PROJECT COST: Rs. 40 CRORE​

PROJECT DURATION: 2019 - 2020

PROJECT BRIEF: Existing contractor was unable to deliver work at Clients required cost, speed and scale and  VC DevCon was roped in to deliver in time and budget. 

​

SCOPE : Entire EPC work of Approach Section to Flyovers at prime location of Udaipur Airport and Dabok Circle Work Order Amount Rs. 40 Crores. Including activities of - RE WALL (height up to 13 Metres), Earth filling, Ground Improvement, GSB and Friction Slab Crash Barrier (FSCB). Work delivered ahead of time and under cost by 25%

VC+ ADVANTAGE : 

1. Inhouse design - Overcame RE Wall challenging height and curvature requirements.

2. Challenging Terrain - Water level above levelling pad height encountered and proprietary Ground Improvement designed and executed. 

2. Carbon Neutral Project - Challenge of procuring Earth Fill material overcome by using recyclable waste ZInc Slag from Hindustan Zinc as well as earth from levelling land for Solar Plant being setup at Udaipur Cement Works site. Total carbon emissions of project to be recovered by Solar project over 5 years. Quantity of Over 5 Lakh Cubic Meters achieved.
